Produced with Favorita grapes
Ground: medium mixture, calcareous
Type of farming: classic Guyot vertically trellised
Winemaking: with white grape with checked temperature fermentation (18° C) for about ten days; after the first fermentation the wine stops on the yeasts for 4-5 months before being stabilized and bottled
Sharpening: in bottle for others 3 months before the first sale.
The permanence of the wine on the yeasts, gives to this wine a greater robusty and make this wine very pleasant to drink and it also improve the longevity.
Color: yellow pale color of medium intensity, raw and brilliant
Perfume: wide and sharp smell with notes of acacia flowers, honey and candy
Taste: broad and soft smell with persistent and pleasant ending
Excellent as aperitif, it goes together with cold appetizers and delicate fish dishes.
