Type of farming: classic Guyot vertically trellised
Winemaking: the treaded wine put in a crowd is macerated f or a few hours before to be crowded. The must obtained is decanted and fermented with checked temperature (18° C) for about ten days; after the first fermentation the wine will stop on the yeasts for 4-5 months before to be ballasted and bottled
Sharpening: the wine is refined in the bottle for other 3 months before the sale.
It comes a unique Rosè wine for its delightfulness and peculiarity, highlighting the potential of the Nebbiolo vineyard.
Color: feeble rosy color with salmon shades
Perfume: net wide smell with notes of pink blossoms, cherry and raspberry
Taste: fully, softy, savory and persistent warm smell, with pleasant and fruity aftertaste
This is an excellent wine for aperitif, it goes together with cold appetizers and delicate fish dishes.
