It is a white fruity wine well balanced, successful demonstration of the versatility of these lands, also, the careful winemaking and the long permanence on the noble dregs (yeasts sur lie) make it a full-bodied and durable product.

Perfume: ample clean sense of smell with notes of banana, pineapple, mango and caramel
Taste: full-bodied soft fruity and savory taste with lingering end
Excellent as aperitif, it goes well with cold appetizer and with delicate fish dishes.
