Ground: silt loamy, calcareous
Type of farming: classic Guyot vertically trellised
Winemaking: with white grape varietals with checked temperature fermentation (18 degrees), completed the fermentation and sort the first dregs removal, the wine stops on the yeasts for 5 months with periodic remixing (battonages)
Sharpening: in bottle for at least 3 months before the sale.
The location of the vineyard, average hills and the quality of the rich but well drained land, allow us to produce an Arneis with pleasant organoleptic characteristics, also, the prolonged permanence on the yeasts fermentation, makes the wine more durable and pleasant to the palate.
Color: unloaded pale yellow color with light greenish reflexes
Perfume: net wide intense smell with hints of caramel and honey, pear and white flowers
Taste: savory and very persistent full harmonic taste to the aftertaste
Excellent wine used as aperitif that goes well with starters, light main courses and second courses of fish.
